Letnia ślubna elegancja / The Summer Wedding Elegance

Betik nawet w eksplozji kolorów potrafi odnaleźć odrobinę romantyzmu!

Even in the explosion of colours Betik can find a bit of romanticism!

"Bardzo lubię to powiedzenie, że czasami mniej znaczy więcej... I w tym duchu przygotowałam na dziś kartkę ślubną. Użyłam do niej tylko 1 arkusza papieru, za to jakiego... Pięknie imituje starą firankę! Jestem urzeczona tym wzorem i pewnie jeszcze nie raz zagości w moich pracach. Choć nieskomplikowany, jest równocześnie tak strojny, że nie potrzebuje wielkiej oprawy. 

"I love the saying that sometimes less is more... Following teh spirit, I created a wedding card for today, to which I used just a single sheet of paper, but what a design! It imitates an old lace cutrain so well! I'm captivated by this paper and certainly will use it often in my projects. Though not very complicated, it's so decorative it really doesn't need many embellishments.

Jak widzicie, dołożyłam do niego tylko 1 element z arkusza do wycinania, wianuszek kwiatów z masy plastycznej oraz fragment stempla. Całość kompozycji obramowałam za pomocą sznurka z perełkami. Oczywiście nie obyło się bez delikatnego pobielenia tu i ówdzie ale to tylko jeszcze bardziej podkreśliło starociowy charakter kartki :-) 

As you can see, I actually added just one motif from the elements sheet, a plastic flower wreath and a part of the sentiment stamp. The central composition is enclosed by a pearl string. To emphasise the vintage style of the card, I added some white acrylic paint here and there. :-)

Wycięty środek stempla widocznego z przodu znajduje się w środku, który też jest skromny, a jednak efektowny :-)

The cut out part of the front stamp is placed inside the card - the decoration is simple yet impressive :-)

Jak widać, z mega kolorowej kolekcji Summer in the Country można wyczarować i taki nastrój..."

As you can see, you can create such mood using the mega-colourful Summer in the Country paper..."
